As a participating S-Cahback partner, you are already activated. Your e-mail address, which was entered for the settlements, is already stored. Now assign a password for your access via the item "Login" and then "Forgotten access data". You can then log in.

A password can only be sent if the e-mail address for the accounts has been deposited. If you have not received an e-mail to change the password, please use our contact details stored under "Contact" for your request.

The term "cashback" refers to a refund for participating Sparkasse customers on a purchase at participating merchants. The cashback can take the form of both a percentage value of sales (percentage cashback) and an absolute amount (absolute cashback). The cashback is collected in a virtual account (benefit account).

The cashback is calculated on the gross purchase value and can be shown either as a percentage or as a fixed amount. The customer can find the current cashback benefits on the respective store detail pages.

Only what you pay out as cashback. Your advantage offers are credited 1:1 to participating customers.

Yes - you can offer several different cashback benefits - also with discount scales. The prerequisite is the settlement via different terminals. Differentiation at the terminal itself is not possible. However, sales scales can be stored in the system. For example, 5% cashback for sales of €20 or more).

The cashback calculation is based on the terminals used (terminal number via which the card payment is made) - the merchandise group is not checked or identified.

Since S-Cashback is automated, you do not need to know this. You can assume that every customer with a debit or credit card from the relevant savings bank receives cashback.

This works if payments are temporarily stored in the terminal and sent at a later time.

All EC devices can participate in S-Cashback without additional configuration.
